@yoyoitsjo dear god not the horseshoe theory. being angry about racists and being an actual fucking racist are entirely different things. and before you start, yes the people complaining about reverse racism here are in fact racists. they ignore ALL of the societal and cultural context, and erase centuries of suffering in the process

@MertTheWonderful well, I'm afraid the horseshoe theory is one backed by hard evidence; anyway, I'm not talking about the radical left, just those who threaten the far right with death threats, for example. violent rhetoric reduces you to a brute incapable of civilised discussion, and it won't do anyone any good to stoop to the same levels as those they're calling out. #tooted
