Some folks are working on ways to migrate users, but I think that will likely take a while to work out the details.

@zigg They've apparently been up and down - that error seems to show up when the backend ruby stuff has come unjoined from the frontend nginx. IME that means they'll prolly be back in a few minutes after the processes restart.
