WTH can't these Tech companies give their reps the right tools and information to really help customers? How can they not realize that people will not continue to buy unsupported products?
When one reports a problem with a phone system one is treated like they /caused/ the problem & referred back to the system even after saying it doesn't work. Can Technical Support reps really be that stupid? I wonder if they even tell someone who could correct the issue about the problem.
And when told you're contacting them from outside of whichever country they seem to expect you to be in they suddenly don't want your call back number "In case we get disconnected". Call another country? Relay the information that a customer needs a callback because they can't get through?
