I'd count the #Zarathustra as fiction, bad fiction at that one. #Nietzsche's writings helped bring forth the Third Reich.
Personally I find reading Nietzsche unbearable, it is really bad #obscurantist #german #philosophy.

Have to agree with you on #wagner though: the man was a #genius: Nietzsche rejected all things #Wagnerian in his later days though.

@Voltaire14 hello, I couldn't see your earlier messages on a different Mastodon app. Yes Nietzsche isn't quite a philosopher's philosopher, according to certain academic standards. But he was too much, exceeded sober logical thought for a valid reason. Can elaborate further. And much of his writings could be seized and appropriated for different uses - I especially liked Clement Rosset's interpretation in his Joyful Cruelty.
