Brendan Howell@xuv I could not go without radio and email once every day or two but otherwise did the last 3 weeks on a media fast. felt good! seems a lot easier to concentrate now.
@KnowPresent I must say it was a welcomed forced off-the-grid period as I was visiting Cuba. No phone network for me. And Internet there over wifi is a somewhat complicated matter. I also did not bring any computer :)
