Well, this is interesting. #Taiwan is being hit by 2 typhoons at pretty much the same time. Problem is, they're hitting on Sunday. Sunday of all days! So no #typhoon holiday for me. ☹

It appears #Typhoon #Nesat was a non-event. A bit of wind & heavy rain seems to be about all. #Haitang may be more of a tropical storm than an all-out typhoon.

I guess I stand corrected. #Typhoon #Nesat did a bit of blowing in the north. Good ol' #Taichung weathered it quite well, thanks to the Central Mountain Range running down the middle of the island. (You can see the start of the mountain range in some of the pictures I post from our apartment window.)
