I just made a gluten-free chocolate cake with cream-cheese icing. I may have added a healthy serving of Chocolate-Raspberry wine to the icing.

The Gluten-Free fad is quite out of hand. Although I have to say Gluten-Free sauces seem to be more flavorful and less dense compared to regular sauces. We switched to Gluten-Free gravy for breakfasts.
Plus adding port wine to cream cheese frosting 10/10 would recommend.
