There is since now a law within the federal #german state bavaria known as "Gefährder-Gesetz", meaning "person likely to threaten - law).
It allows the police to thread the "potentian criminal" with ankle monitor, survailiance an imprison for 14 days.
This law has changed now. "potential criminals" can be hold in prison infinite. Every 3 month a judge decides.
This law is made by the german christ-democrats and a weak opposition.

Not the state is threading civil rights, but the extremists and chaots as we could see during the G20.

The minister for inner affairs Joachim Herrmann reffers reffers.

For those who didn't made some reseach of what happend during #G20, it was the arrision of a fashist police force with media spreading tons of fake news.
