Why can't we have urgent care dentists? If you have a permanent retainer or braces fail, you now have a more-or-less free floating bit of sharp metal or dental cement in your mouth while you try to go about your day. Hooray for sharp edges against the underside of my tongue!

A: Dentists are in the same industry as Hairdressers and Nail Technicians.
Thats where they make their folding stuff so thats the market they serve
There should be emergency dentists in most areas (even in a back water like South Australia).
$$$$$$ is all it will take.
Medical stuff ? See your GP :) (who will refer you to a Dentist)
