2/2 …To be clear, the gutting of #FEMA by this administration and the followup efforts to paint a happy face on the destruction have been nothing but a maudlin circus.
The bottom line is that we now lack the response capacities that took decades to build at the Federal level. Already we have a disaster within a disaster
