Does anybody know of a good substack frontend?

I get the reasons for not supporting substack, but I haven't found any good frontends.

While youtube has #invidious and medium has the scribe.rip ecosystem how come substack, while just as horrible in the way they act, have not yet seen a plethora of alternatives to using their main site?
