Hosepipe ban now in Kent. I wonder how firmly this is enforced? There have been (to my knowledge) no fines or prosecutions for using a hosepipe during a ban for at least 5 years.

The cat clawed our paddling pool last Sunday so it's out of action. Perhaps our cat is its own form of hosepipe ban.
