Sweden reimburses Litfulo for severe alopecia areata after ALLEGRO cost-utility review

Sweden's Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency (TLV) decided that Litfulo, ritlecitinib, will enter the high-cost protection scheme for severe alopecia areata from 1 June 2026. The health technology assessment (HTA) basis is ALLEGRO 2b/3, a placebo-controlled randomised controlled trial, plus a Markov cost-utility model against no add-on to best supportive care.
