@mattblaze Stopped clicking on Flickr links when they started using pop-over "ad blocker" nags, when the "ad blocker" is just the EFF's PrivacyBadger.
@frobozz You created your account to tell me this? It's not something I can do anything about.

@mattblaze It was meant as sort of a point of information, I didn't mean to imply any call to action.

This account was created last week, and seems to focus on my gradual self-destruction, already well underway, in the family tradition. I'm far too apathetic, at this point, to create an account just to badger a demigod about a website. I haven't managed to really care about much since my last close friend checked-out, quite messily, from the news reports, on the eve of last New Year's Eve.

@mattblaze Never meet your heroes, they say. Perhaps this wisdom is due an update: "and never @ them on social media, either."

@frobozz I'm sorry, but I don't know you , and the very first thing I learned about you is that you don't approve of the particular photo-sharing service I use.

I'm sorry you're having a difficult time of things, truly. I hope you find some peace and grace.

@mattblaze No, you don't know me, though, at one time, you were strangely tolerant of a previous iteration of my Fediverse presence. It is, of course, entirely unreasonable of me to unload any of the Mackenzie P. Williams drama on you. He would have turned 46, tomorrow . . . Anyway, surprisingly humanistic response, and kinder words than I've had for myself in a very long time. Speaking of grace, you send fools away with a great deal more of it than some of your former colleagues.
