Twotired@newsguyusa IANAL, but I wonder: Rather than an artist or estate saying that they don’t approve the use of a song (which will just get ignored), would they be better off to grant permission, for a licensing fee of $2.5 million per performance? Then, if the song is used, sue for the fee?
