However it goes, a #Random number generator on the #Blockchain creates at that time an #Immutable record of your #Identity that can be retrieved in the event that you lose your #Credentials provided you can provide the secret #Passphrase or same #POI that created the #Vault in the first place. 2/

The #Blockchain has to be able to read that #Identity #Card. It has to have that feature. #Passphrases are not commonly secured for #Voting until the future.
