@swiftyshq echoing everyone else Am Fan of Dogthings
@swiftyshq Yeah!! It’s dogthings!!

@swiftyshq Something I think a lot about are things that feel lazy on the artist side of things but that audience absolutely love, like

artist: "ugh, I'm such a hack, I've been using the same melody for five tracks in a row now"

audience: "OMFGWTFBBQdsfjsdflksj, A leitmotif!"

@Owlor @swiftyshq One time I was making a joke about how an artist's style is best defined as "the stuff they can't stop themselves from doing, even when they try" and therefore any artist who thinks any about their craft hates their own style, and then realized that's kinda not a joke, just ridiculous.
@Austin_Dern @swiftyshq Yeah like, a lot of artist gripes about their own style boil down to "ugh, it looks like *I* made this" and it's like yeah, that's why we like it.
@swiftyshq why do I want to hug da floof?
@swiftyshq I didn't know you could READ MINDSSSS HELLLOOOO????? /silly
