getting really really desperate on the AC situation (she is now searching on amazon)

thing is, I would actually love to get one of these premium split-thingies but even the expensive ones are sold out there

like, I could go so deep into debt for this, but in order to do that *anything* needs to be available

I have found a *single* unit scalper-priced (it was 3x the original price), and that's it

I read somewhere that the midea split AC has a delivery backlog of several months O.o

I'll probably wait for winter to buy a good AC for my partner and me. Until then we'll try to get one or two fans

@Numerfolt the midea one is legit probably the best on the market -- I'm not surprised they have an enormous backlog
