Now that the Taliban is coming to Brussels, it's important to remember how they came to be.

The USA and its western allies, such as Saudi Arabia, funneled billions of dollars into the Mujahideen; anti-communist resistance fighters who opposed the communist Afghan government. The same Mujahideen commanders trained by the CIA later became commanders in the Taliban.

The rich and powerful capitalists are threatened by communism, as within communism the power lies with the workers instead of the rich. Therefore the USA inadvertently funded the Taliban to make sure Afghanistan was capitalist.

And that's why the Taliban exists today.
