A few months ago I launched TradersCompanion, a behavioral analytics platform for traders.

Current stats:

• 99 users
• 8 paying customers
• €111.92 MRR
• €508 revenue
• 1,073 trades tracked

Biggest lesson so far:

Building features is easier than changing user behavior.
