Thank you! It's awful when you're not used to it and the humidity is fucking with my lungs but, honestly, we have good compared to the rest of Europe. And I remember summers in NY when traffic would go by and I'd feel exhause fumes sticking to my skin. 😂 So I'm counting my blessings. 😊

I'm kind of thriving in it 😅

there's a strange peacefulness to this harsh sunlight when outdoors. Did a quick 8KM during lunch.

though, for back and deadlift tonight, I think I'll have to wait until 8PM for the sun to go down 😓😓

I trust things are much nicer in Wales than in the south east of England?

🤮 Aled was thinking of going for a bike ride but I forbade him. He used to be young and dumb but he's not young anymore. 🤣 Stay safe!

It's probably way better here than in the south, I'd say. And we're by the water which helps. But doing 20 miles of hills wouldn't be smart today.
