I have deleted all of my online life / presence late last year that involved US tech and not planning on returning back to any of it any time soon.
Currently working on rebuilding my online presence away from US Big Tech, see what's left, the trade-offs, the pros & cons and move on...
@Valdis Hiya, Valdis! Yeah, I'm *definitely* going to do that, although currently looking for a Web hosting provider within the UE, as I also nuked my personal business blog after 21 years. It's been an intriguing journey so, with many trade-offs along the way, some pros and some cons. It's a clean start after I deleted my entire online life in December last year due to compassionate leave.
RE: Apple HW, for now, yes, once they break, I don't think I'll stick around with it. We'll see ...

@Valdis It's more difficult, indeed, to be a bully, or a narcissist, when #DistanceWorking. If anything, because it's usually well documented, therefore, easily audited, and also out in the open for everyone to see when someone is an ars*h*le.
I don't know whether Zoom does have that feature, but I think it'd be rather useful. Instead of a green check to indicate Web presence, something to flag their bullish behaviour for all to see & remember👌🏻😅
