I am going to reinstall Linux on my laptop and didn't settle on a distro yet. Which distro should I go with?

For context: I have been daily driving Linux since 2017, fiddled around with tiling VMs (especially i3gaps) and even attempted at LFS at some point. My laptop is a Lemur 11 from System76, and this laptop is my primary computing device. I have been running Pop_OS! on this since the day it arrived.

Oh My God, I forgot to put Commodore OS as an option. What am I even doing with my life!
@murteza honestly go with #guix
@nixfreak

Even though I am comfortable with Linux, and wouldn't mind compiling System76 Drivers and System76 Firmware for any OS that don't ship them in their official repo, I am seen in public with this device, and people often come talking to me about what is up with that weird logo (System76) and what I do. I lived through my Arch and VM configuring phase, and graduated from r/UnixPorn. I am looking for something I can just install and use without configuration, and be seen, and can recommend at a heart beat to normies.

Even NixOS is pushing those self inflicted "requirements".
