Trying to search for a show. I remember watching as a kid, about a group of teens running a pirate radio station without their parents knowing. it was a French language show that was dubbed into English, I'm not sure if it was Quebecois or French (I think Quebecois?)
It was definitely not radio free Roscoe, that came out when I was in high school and I watched this when I was a kid, and that isn't dubbed into English.

I'm pretty sure it would have aired on TV in Ontario during the mid to late '90s, possibly on TVO but I'm not sure.
As I recall, the opening had a guy looking through some CDs or something similar and then quickly hiding them when someone enters the room?
Also, they had an episode with an evil dungeon master, and I remember their props department for some reason couldn't get real dice so they were just rolling polyhedral objects, and this confused me because I'd seen my dad's D&D dice before
