Alfred Hitchcock has nothing on us; not only are we being held hostage by a pair of fledgling corvid vandals, but we discovered a wayward sparrow in the loft of all places. No idea how the little feller managed to get in up there, maybe the old disused chimney stack somehow. I did my best "sparrow whisperer" act, gently herded him toward the loft opening, then the spouse (with some help from a dishcloth) escorted him out the door.
