2026 is the 60th anniversary of the signing of the agreement between the US and Australian governments that led to the construction of the so-called #PineGap joint defence facility on #Arrernte Country. No consent was sought, and none granted, from #firstnations custodians for the alienation of their land and the construction of a base on it.
