Yes but he resisted removing the 2 child cap on benefits until he was forced kicking and screaming to do it. Meanwhile thousands more babies were plunged into poverty. So yes, it is on him.

@junesim63 by that logic, every politician is complicit and thrrefore responsible. Poverty is not caused by a single act or inaction. Blaming an individual is ignoring the actual problem.
