Indeed, @mwl and I are odd ones out as non-drinkers. I don't personally object to alcohol, but ① I'm a cheapskate and alcohol is expensive, and ② I prefer to be in control of my faculties, with no desire to get drunk. So my consumption is limited to about one beer or glass of wine every couple years—less than most drinkers consume in an evening 😆
