At this point there's no way to describe fossil fuels as anything other than a drug, is there? All the points are there; continued reliance upon the amount of oil that's been used for power, domestic or foreign, is a policy failure.

But Carney et al. just refuse to stop taking one more hit, and Alberta just keep doing everything they can to spike renewables at the whims of their very oily donors and in defiance of the will of Albertans in general.
