We've never had the big food delivery companies where I live until recently. I wish we still didn't have them.

I ordered food for myself & my son at 7pm. Delivery estimate was 30-40 minutes which was fine.

Nothing arrived by 8pm so I checked & the updated estimate was 8:45pm. Kept an eye on it for 10 minutes or so & the estimate kept *increasing*.

I called the restaurant who said "cancel it on the app, we can't do anything".

JustEast app offers me no such facility. Many links 404.

Bullshit.
