Just saw an email about a class action lawsuit, (De Coster v Amazon) and I was wondering if there was a way to tell if these things are legit.

@Tourma Mostly what I'm looking for is "was this a real lawsuit?" "do the dates match up?" "was it actually a class-action?" and if all of those check out I'll at least take a look at the settlement site.
