Literally no one asks Apple to open Siri AI to Musk, Zuckerberg or to anyone else.

I know. And still Apple "protector of the children" doesn't offer this functionality anywhere. And a lot of other functionality is piecemeal scattered around the world, and only when governments finally force them to. E.g. https://mjtsai.com/blog/2025/03/14/dma-compliance-default-maps-app-in-eu/
And without fail it's always "think of the children" and "we at Apple know best".
And again, it's not for *Apple* to chose AI companies (or any other companies) for their users.

Because the whole issue isn't about Siri AI or the bullshit lie of "EU forces Apple to open up Siri AI".
It's about giving the *user* the choice. Not just when it comes to AI.

BTW, the amazing "secure and private" Siri is literally just one prompt injection away from exfiltrating all of user's data. Because they boast that their Gemini-powered LLM can go ahead and change the user's passwords on any random website without user interference.
