I liked it a bit more than most of Roger Waters' work. There's a sweetness and good humor about some of Gilmour's work that's absent from Waters'. Roger seems resentful and weirdly, brutally dour — his music always feels composed to anaesthetize rather than to uplift. I will always miss Syd.
