Finally got a bass pedalboard/signal chain that I'm really happy with. Main board plus the two occasional pedals that aren't always needed which I can slot in before the DI/driver. Putting this together on a budget has been great fun - Vinted for secondhand pedals is a veritable gold mine. Chain is thus... 1. Tuner (Landlord Lock In) 2. Octaver (Sonicake) 3. Compressor (Harley Benton/Joyo) 4. Overdrive (Joyo Double Thruster) 5. Chorus (Boss CEB-3) 6. Modulation - 10 types (Flamma FC05) 7. Reverb/Delay (Sonicake Sonic Ambience) -- OPTIONAL SECTION 8. EQ (SubZero Shapeshifter bass EQ) 9. Looper (Donner Circle Looper) -- 10. Driver/DI (Caline Wine Cellar) Bonus thoughts - I'd still maaaaaaybe like a fuzz somewhere in here but the Double Thruster is good. - I am still arguing with myself about the best point for the EQ to sit. My bass (Marcus Miller S7) is active so it's purely for controlling some of the tones that the overdrive pushes. - The Donner Circle Looper is SO MUCH FUN. #bassguitar #pedalboard #pedalphile
