Good news - I've been reading up on motivation and habit-forming, and I've got a process to help you create a daily practice you'll actually stick with.

Not so simple for people with dyslexia, or some other forms of neurodiversity. I don't firm habits easily because of the recall issues that are part of my dyslexia. I make memories but then can't find them without external prompts.
This means my world is already full of visual and alarm reminders just to get me to meetings or have a chance of doing tasks on time.
It's makes life very noisy.

I've yet to find any method in books or articles that takes this into account.

@tiggy

I've seen coursework that advocates external reminders like you're saying, but sadly I can no longer recommend the instructors.

I do think it's important to take that into account, though. ND people - including me! - NEED external reminders to Do Stuff.

(Interestingly, once I'm _in_ Space I do just fine... but _getting there_? ha ha.)

@stonebear2 @tiggy Yep, I'm planning to cover external reminders and other miscellaneous tips next week. Stay tuned!
