Back at The Bolt for the start of #Chargers minicamp, Jim Harbaugh says Justin Herbert will throw in all three practices this week. Herbert took multiple days off from throwing during OTAs.

“We got a nice progression where he’s ramping up to training camp,” Harbaugh said.
