Tetsuo: The Iron Man is pure metal-soaked madness, and yeah, I named my comic’s villain Lord Tsukamoto after the man who made it. 67 minutes of body horror chaos that rewired my brain. If you haven't seen it, fix that now.

Tetsuo: The Iron Man

Caught Tetsuo: The Iron Man at the Digital Gym last night—67 minutes of pure cyberpunk body horror madness. Inspired my VIKINGS vs SAMURAI villain, Lord Tsukamoto!

VIKINGS vs SAMURAI
@vikingsvssamurai Oh, thats a difficult movie to sit through. You absolutely need the fast-forward imho. Another one of that category would be Electric Dragon 80,000 Volts?
@SalemsLot Electric Dragon 80,000 Volts? Oh man, that’s a great pull. That’s one of those movies that doesn’t feel like it’s running at normal speed, it feels plugged directly into the wall. Gakuryu Ishii distilled an entire punk-cyberpunk feature into under an hour and somehow made it feel bigger than most three-hour epics. Asano and Nagase are like comic book gods having a noise-rock duel over Tokyo. Total cult classic.
@vikingsvssamurai I damit, i only have seen both only once and it was quite difficult for me 😊 Its very difficult to grasp the story or even find it. But i am all for more tips on cyberpunk movies (but i guess i already know all the west-styled ones).
