@derpostillon I don't speak German, but I assume the image is about the debate about DB punctuality finally catching up with them or something.
Look, here in Finland, the trains *might* sometimes be 5 minutes late if the weather is really bad, but to VR's credit, we haven't summoned any demons yet!!!

DB… punctuality…? Yes, kinda. But actually way worse:
It's about Stuttgart 21, the highly controversial new main station construction project in the city of Stuttgart. It's not only way over budget (11.4 bn € instead of 2.6 bn as originally planned) but also laaaaate: Go-live was planned for 2019 and is now estimated to happen in 2030.
