How It Works
1) Install the App
On a BlindShell Classic 3: Tandem comes pre-installed.
On a smartphone/tablet: Download Tandem from the Google Play Store or App Store.
2) Connect Your Devices
Connect directly with another BlindShell Classic 3 user through the app.
Or send an invite link by SMS to Android or iOS user from the BlindShell phone.
3) Start Helping (or Getting Help!) and Communicating
Once connected, you can send messages, call, or offer support—like remote help—when needed.
Ask Luna to call or message anyone in your Tandem contacts, she can even start remote control to help you right away.
Who Can Use Tandem?
BlindShell Classic 3 users
Can receive help or easily communicate with their trusted contacts - whether that’s a family member, a friend, or even another BlindShell user.
Android & iOS users
Can install the Tandem app to stay in touch and offer help to BlindShell users — even from a distance.
