@hiphopheaven that's the beauty of the fediverse, not everybody has to be on vernissage. about the character limit, how much do you need to utilize it?
@kaifi i don't see people interacting with each other on vernissage despite federation and for character limit my posts are generally between 600 and 1000 characters.My post is about album covers which can be complex . I have to mention the title of the album and artist name (50char), album link (50-100 chars) , 5 hashtags (50 chars). I am left with less than 300 characters to mention elements of the album, describing art style, connecting album concepts with symbolism by mentioning 1 or 2 songs
@kaifi all of vernissage alternative has at least the double character limit then vernissage
