Trump doesn't care about #FISA Title VII. He cares about suppressing the votes of those who oppose his authoritarianism, which is why he is using FISA Section 702 as a legislative hostage to get the misnamed "SAVE Act" into law. At the rate he's going, he'll get neither--which would be glorious.
