What if we ban computers from using kids instead?

If we’d sent the Facebook bros to jail for stalking and put up strong privacy laws for everyone, kids might be better off

If they couldn’t sell kids (or anyone’s) data without seizure and forfeiture it’s hard to imagine us getting where we are

@AccordionBruce @jbz @logicalmoody the inventors of the internet and computers really didn't think enough about the (their) unintended consequences... too busy being excited about the up side. I know, I was there for both developments, ARPAnet and early computers.
FB was totally predictable given the nasty history of MZ but there we definitely get into #NRATerritory
