@OrionKidder I wonder what Paramount/Skydance will do to the "Star Trek" universe. The Terran empire being shown as the good side, perhaps?

@BackFromTheDud Oh god. Well now I'm glad that this iteration of Trek is coming to an end. At least we won't see beloved characters have to turn into scumbags.

The only comfort I can take is that the owners are such slimeballs that they won't even know how to cloak their ring-wing horseshit in an entertaining movie, the way that Nolan did with Batman or Brad Bird with THE INCREDIBLES.
