It makes me feel a bit dirty to write a #SaltStack formula for installing/configuring #PowerShell 7 on #Linux installation-targets. It's for a larger "developer desktop" automation-set that targets #Windows hosts. However, the iteration-speed with Windows EC2s (and EC2Launch (v2) is ungodly slow. What I can do in 5 minutes on a Linux #EC2 takes me at least triple that on Windows. So, better to "sketch out" the main configuration-tasks on Linux and then port them to Windows.
