Nomadic identity is a feature currently available only to Hubzilla and its latest successor commonly referred to as (streams). It provides a unique way of moving between instances fairly easily and even cloning your Fediverse identity. It is not available for or compatible with ActivityPub, though.

I would change this text to the following:

Nomadic identity is a feature available to Hubzilla and its successors (streams) and Forte. It provides a unique way of moving between instances fairly easily and even cloning your Fediverse identity. Starting with (streams), it is available for ActivityPub too.

There might be other places that need an update. For example, the "Implementations" section.

People read this article and think that nomadic identity doesn't exist in ActivityPub. But Mike implemented it in Streams in 2024
