It’s the middle of the month and my throwback to June 2016 contains more “seeing of familiar places in infrared”, but also a return to visible light. :) In total, I have four photos from that month that have passed the test of time!

June 2016 Throwback

It’s the middle of the month and my throwback to June 2016 contains more “seeing of familiar places in infrared”, but also a return to visible light. :) In total, I have four photos from that month…

Strange: the preview card shows "18h" right now, and the mouseover timestamp 5:00 p.m. on June 14 — exactly 12 hours ahead of the time when the post went live on my website, at 5 a.m. on June 15 (Pacific time).
@alexskunz I've noticed in the past that your preview cards show the post being published on your blog at 5PM the day before you posted the link here. (I see 7PM because I'm in the Central time zone). I just always assumed that you were posting to your blog in the evenings and then posting the link here the next day. It's interesting to find out that's not really the case. Another one of those Mastodon mysteries.

@bobhenryphotos what confuses me most is that the -12 hour doesn’t match up with anything that would at least make some sense. I believe the mas.to server is Hetzner which would be in MEST (+9 for me), but the server operator @trumpet is in GMT (which is +8 from here) I believe…

Maybe it’s just a bug in Mastodon.
