UCS the Password Encryption Key Has Not Been Set

1. In the Navigation pane, click Admin.
2. Expand All > User Management > User Services > Locally Authenticated Users
3. Fill out the Password Encryption Key field.
4. After filling it and saving, Password Encryption Key Set will become Yes.
