Lovely. Trying to cancel a subscription before auto-renewal, and I get "No account with those credentials." They're the same ones I've used for the last two years.

Contacted Support by email, since I can't log in and do this myself like a grownup . . .

They'd best get back to me before the 19th, or I will be very displeased.
