Here's an example of the import of this. Bovino's goons were driving around Twin Cities (and before that Chicago, and before that LA) initiating violence against protestors. In this case, Paul Johnson, they hospitalized him and kept him incommunicado. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
