The headline is irritating. But the content is very good news! I so much hope that the appeal leads to the same ruling. That will help a lot.

I really do not get this excitement about LMMs that use all the internet. They must be quite crappy, because it is so much easier to create crappy than valuable content and there is a lot of Dunning-Kruger out there as well.

Specialized LMMs are a different cup of tea, of course.
